I was bored and procrastinating and happened upon this thread... I was surprised that no one else had brought up Chris Conmey because it is probably the stupidest witness I've seen in 4 years of Mock Trial. With the Mayor from after the case changes as a close second.

The most useless witness would have been Deputy Budzick, had he ever been written into a case.
