How come schools with multiple teams got put in the same division?

That's common practice with multiple teams.  It's called the "Maryland rule" because (before this rule was implemented) Maryland placed 1st in both divisions which presented a problem for the national championship round.

Results will probably be posted sometime later. There was some funkyness in the individual award tabulations, so that's probably what's keeping them.

I just want to say on behalf of UMM that we couldn't be more glad we were invited to this tournament. It's been hard for our small school to elbow its way onto the map, and this weekend Harvard afforded us a much-appreciated opportunity to do that. Things often got going late, but we understand how that is, and I'd rather be in a courtroom for every single round and suffer a shorter lunch break than be stuffed into classrooms and have all the time in the world.

Either way, Rob's jokes were like car engine oil. They kept the whole tournament going.

Props to Yale for a massacre of a finish with the top two scores out of 38 teams. We had good rounds with Penn State, Ole Miss, Cal, and Wellesley. Thanks to Joe and JJ for watching part of our round against Cal, too. It was great to finally meet the Harvard posse.

Also, a big thanks to the tab runners for having another look at our ballots at my request. Kopel and I wouldn't have walked away with individual awards if you guys hadn't been as gracious as you were.
