I think it was meant in the sense of "has anyone (not necessarily Penn) ever tied 5 ballots at a single tournament before?"


Also:

Agreed.  IMO Cindy Jordano is one of the most underrated mockers in AMTA, especially after taking attorney awards at the last two Downtown Invitationals and the Hamilton ORCS last spring.

I'll let the evidence speak for itself on this one.
